- Do you charge $1.00 per minute? Yes, we charge by the minute, this is one of the main differenciators with our company, if you have a 15 minute task, then the fee is $15.00, there is no rounding up hours, and no minimum requirements. You do not pay us for sitting around, nor breaks, you are simply billed from the moment we start your project or task, to the moment we pause, stop, or finish the assignment.
- How can I get started? The only way to get started working with us is through a free consultation session. This session will provide an overview of how OneDollarSupport.com might be able to assist your company, and if a working relationship between our company's makes sense.
- How much do I need to prepay? We only work with prepaid clients, as $1.00 per minute billing it would be unreasonable and costly to create, track, and pursue payment on what are often smaller invoices. You are only required to prepay whatever amount that you want available for services. We do prioritize and schedule work for larger projects and recurring auto-pre-pay clients. We recommend setting up automatic monthly billing in whatever amount you expect to utilize, for most clients this is ranges from $100 to $1000, per month.
- How do I schedule a free consultation? You can schedule a free consultation by following this link, then choosing the 'Free Consultation' option within the online scheduler, this will provide us with a time of your choosing for us to have a conversation. This free new client consultation can be used for whatever you wish to discuss, and it will also give us an opportunity to see if OneDollarSupport.com can provide you additional value going forward.
- How many free consultations do I get? Free consultations are limited to one per individual / business, the typical free consultation has an average duration of 15-30 minutes, which is usually enough time guage if it makes senses to establish a paid working relationship. We view free consultations as a marketing / sales expense, we are happy to freely provide value and insights to you and your business.
- Do you offer refunds on prepaid balances? Unused prepaid balances are refundable up until our fiscal year end, at which point unused funds remain available, but no are longer refundable. Banking fees and per-minute labor fees related to the refund will be deducted from the refunds amount.
- Do you offer automated recurring billing? Yes, we encourage individuals and businesses to establish automatic / recurring monthly payments in the amounts that they intend to utilize, or have allocated within their budgets. We prioritize doing business with our recurring customers as our affordable price point does not allow us to actively seek work with low balance / no balance clients.
- Why are there two seperate payment options? Our payments page does have two options for payment, the first option on our payments page completes the transaction without leaving our website, however some users utilize 'enhanced privacy settings' which block inline frames, these individuals will have to use the payment button which takes them to our payment processing page at SquareUp.
