1.  It is the policy of OneDollarSupport.com that board members, contractor, and employees of OneDollarSupport.com will not disclose confidential information belonging to, or obtained through their affiliation with OneDollarSupport.com clients, to any person, including their relatives, friends, and business and professional associates, unless the client has authorized disclosure.

2.  This policy is not intended to prevent disclosure where disclosure is required by law. 

3.  OneDollarSupport.com Board members, contractors, and employees are cautioned to demonstrate professionalism, good judgment, and care to avoid unauthorized or inadvertent disclosures of confidential information and should refrain from leaving confidential information contained in documents or on computer screens in plain view, or on unencrypted computer systems. 

4.  Upon separation of employment, term, or at the declared end of the services contract, OneDollarSupport.com shall return, delete, or destroy, all documents, papers, and other materials, that may contain confidential information, at the written request of the client. 

5.  It is the policy of OneDollarSupport.com that consultation services remain private, confidential, and un-recorded (no audio recordings, no video recordings) by any party involved in the consultation session. If all parties involved agree to a recording then it is permissible, though not advised.

6.  OneDollarSupport.com does keep client consultation records, notes, and information relevant to the services being offered to active clients, ongoing discussions, and any potential solutions being considered. It is the policy of OneDollarSupport.com that these records, notes, and information relating to consultations be deemed confidential, private, and sensitive, and be treated as such. Consultation records, notes, and information can be destroyed at anytime by a written request from the associated approved client. 

7.  OneDollarSupport.com authenticates approved users by name, email, and phone numbers, and will only communicate with PREPAID clients on via pre-established communications pathways (email address or phone number) Clients whom opt for an additional layer of security can establish a 4 digit phone pin used to validate the session. 

8.  OneDollarSupport.com has an all-stop policy if something doesn’t seem right, or our employees suspect the end-client has been hacked, or is being spoofed by a 3rd party. Services can be restored after a successful authentication from the client, and an acknowledgement of our security concerns. 

9.  OneDollarSupport.com is committed to being honest, accountable, transparent, reliable, ethical, and lawful in all of its dealings with employees, clients, and vendors.
